Our smart platform with its comprehensively integrated service offers maximum operational reliability for the best possible yield. It’s no coincidence that planTection’s three main goals for installation, handling and operation are: simple, smart and safe. In the following you will find more information about our products: Central Module PLANT IRR CM, Field Module PLANT IRR FM, the Photovoltaic Module and the planTection App. Each irrigation system control can be supplemented with additional products such as weather data measurement or various sensors for determining leaf moisture, tensiometers, etc. This way we become the all-in-one solution for your irrigation management!
PLANT IRR CM
The PLANT IRR CM 1V.1 is the central data transmission unitfor automated irrigation of agricultural land.
The central module communicates with the field modules using a proprietary radio protocol (868 MhZ LoRa frequency) and establishes the data connection to the management software running in the cloudvia an internet connection.
PLANT IRR FM
Our field modules are connected according to the plug & play principle with colour-coded connectors. No screwdriver is required for putting it into operation. The cables are supplied pre-assembled. It also includes a holder for the field module with integrated strain relief.
Photovoltaic module
Our PV module provides up to 4 days of autonomyfor the field modules when fully charged. Supply with 12V/18V DC
The integrated antenna holder and the universal mounting for different mast diameters is included.
planTection app
Our app enables you to monitor and control your irrigation system via PC, tablet or smartphone. You receive messages either as a push message, SMS or e-mailand can thus react directly to error messages.
In addition, our administration interface gives you access to comprehensive statistics, for example on the duration of irrigation and water consumption as well as all connected sensors, and you can export these for reports.
Sensors & Meters
You can find our selection of sensors here. Data collection and display is done via our planTection app, so there is no need for another output platform. We offer you a one-stop solution for your irrigation control with:
- flexible input of limit values for sensors via the planTection app
- real-time notification when limit values are exceeded
- the ability to act immediately, from anywhere via the planTection app
- all your field data in one system
Temperature sensor
Humidity/temperature sensor for measuring dry and wet bulb temperature, as an indicator for frost protection measures
Anemometer
Energy-efficient sensor for measuring wind direction and speed. Wind speed threshold of 0 m/s and a resolution of 0.01m/s
All-in-one weather station
Measurement of 12 parameters: humidity and temperature, vapour pressure, atmospheric pressure, wind speed and direction, solar radiation, precipitation, lightning frequency and distance
Soil moisture sensor
Precise and broad measurement of volumetric water content at 3cm soil depth
Matrix potential sensor
High-precision, plug & play sensor for determining the matrix potential and temperature with 6-point calibration
Tensiometer
Field tensiometer for measuring ground water suction voltage and ground temperature
Leaf moisture sensor
Exact measurement of water, or even ice, on the leaf surface. Enables early detection of foliar and plant diseases.
